Why does the app say I am missing the Carrier Calculated Rates feature?
The app uses this feature to send shipping rates to Shopify. We recommend contacting Shopify's chat support and asking for the feature. They will give you the options for getting it on your store, typically either as an add-on or by upgrading to annual billing.
Why can't I see the changes I made to my shipping setup?
Shopify caches the shipping rates we send them for up to 24 hours. When testing, change either the house number or the contents of the cart, and your new shipping rates will apply. Unfortunately this is a technical limitation outside our control.
How does address validation work in the app?
Address validation checks whether the customer has entered a valid address with a house number in the address field. If not, the app blocks the customer from completing the purchase until it is corrected.
How do I integrate the app with my WMS?
Every WMS can read which pickup point the customer chose in the app. This is done through Shopify's API, where a field called "code" contains the information they need. If you are looking for a WMS, we have integrations with Peak WMS, Lagersystem.dk and Traede, among others.
