Warehouse app for iPhone and Android
Pick, pack and print from your phone
Your team works the Shopify order queue on a phone. Scan a bin or open an order, confirm the items, and slide. The label prints on the printer in your warehouse, and the order is fulfilled in the same step.
Open this page on the phone that you use in the warehouse. iPhone: iOS 16.4 or later (beta). Android: 7.0 or later. iOS 16.4 or later. The iPhone app is in beta: we send you a download link. Download for Android Android 7.0 or later. A direct download from this site, not from Google Play. Ask for the iPhone beta
- No print dialog
- The label goes straight to the printer. Nobody taps through settings.
- One slide
- Print the label, fulfill the order in Shopify and capture the payment, if you want that.
- Fewer mistakes
- Scan or tick every unit. The app stops the order until everything is there.
Four ways to work
Pick the way your warehouse works
Small orders, big routes, a stack of the same product or a customer at the counter. The app has a way for each.
One order at a time
The queue shows your open orders, oldest first. Open one to see the items, the quantities, the shelf locations and the delivery method. Confirm each unit and slide to print the label.
- Filter the queue by single-item orders or by your own pick groups, which match on Shopify order tags
- A quantity of 2 or more has a colored badge, so a 2× never reads as a 1×
- Ship a part of the order when an item is not in stock
A route with bins
Select several orders and scan a bin for each. The app sorts every unit into one route by shelf location. Walk it once, and the units go into the right bins.
- Scan the shelf location first, if you want that check
- An order in a bin is held, so two pickers never take the same order
- Scan the bin at the packing desk, and its label prints
Batch picks
Single-item orders of the same product become one stack. Choose how many to take, oldest first. Confirm the product once and slide: the labels print one order at a time.
- Up to 50 orders in a batch
- An order that fails goes back to the queue
- An open batch continues after a restart
Store pickup
Orders that customers collect in your store have their own view. Mark the order ready for pickup, and Shopify tells the customer. The app prints a label for the bag.
- The pickup view sits next to the shipping queue
- The bag label prints on the same label printer
Built for the warehouse floor
The app stops the usual mistakes
You choose how strict the app is on the Fulfillment page in the dashboard. The rules apply to every phone.
Confirm every unit
Tick each unit, or make the barcode scanner the only way to confirm it. The print slide waits until the order is complete.
Quantities stand out
Lines with 2 or more units have a filled badge, and the order shows one row per unit.
No double labels
A second print of the same label needs a clear yes. A scan never prints a label again.
Order notes are read
An order with a note in Shopify waits until the packer marks the note as read.
Orders are held
An order in a bin, or on hold in Shopify, is not offered to anyone else.

What you need
A phone, a printer and the right plan
A phone
An iPhone with iOS 16.4 or later, or an Android phone with Android 7.0 or later. One phone can work for more than one store.
A label printer
A Brother QL label printer on the same WiFi as the phone prints directly. Zebra and other printers print through Print Agent on a computer.

Questions about the warehouse app
- How do I get the iPhone app?
- The iPhone app is in beta and is not in the App Store. Write to [email protected] with the address of your Shopify store, and we send you a download link.
- Is the Android app on Google Play?
- No. You download it from the Android page on this site. To update it, download the newest version and install it over the old one. Your pairing and settings stay.
- Which printers work?
- A Brother QL label printer on the same WiFi as the phone prints directly, without a print dialog. Zebra and other printers print through Print Agent on a Windows or Mac computer. You can also add a document printer for A4.
- Does my staff need my Shopify password?
- No. You connect a phone with your own Shopify sign-in, or with a code from the Pakkeshopper dashboard. You can remove a phone from the dashboard at any time.
- Do I need to ask you to turn the app on?
- No. The app turns on what your plan includes by itself. Only the iPhone download link comes from us while the app is in beta.
