Pick a plan when you install the app. Shopify bills the first month on day 8. Uninstall before that and you pay nothing.
Pay per order above your plan
Above the included orders you pay a small price per order, at most $349 a month on any plan. The app tells you when a bigger plan is cheaper.
Only rated orders count
Only orders that got a shipping rate from Pakkeshopper count, measured over a rolling 30-day period. Your rates keep working above the limit.
You need Carrier Calculated Rates
Pakkeshopper sends rates to Shopify through Carrier Calculated Rates. Advanced and Plus include it, Grow can add it, and Basic cannot get it.

Questions about pricing
- What counts as an order?
- An order counts when Pakkeshopper delivered the shipping rate the customer chose at checkout. Orders without a Pakkeshopper rate, draft orders and test orders do not count. Usage is measured over a rolling 30-day period.
- What happens when I pass the included orders?
- Your rates keep working. You pay the per-order price of your plan for the extra orders, at most $349 a month. The app shows you when the next plan is cheaper, and you can change plan at any time.
- What does the trial include?
- Every feature of the plan you picked, for 7 days. Shopify bills the first month on day 8. If you uninstall the app before that, nothing is charged.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Change plan directly in the app. An upgrade applies at once, and Shopify charges the difference for the rest of the period.
- Which Shopify plan do I need?
- Your store needs Carrier Calculated Rates. Advanced and Shopify Plus include it. On Grow you can get it as an add-on through Shopify's support. Basic cannot get it.
- Are prices including VAT?
- Prices are in USD excluding VAT. Shopify adds VAT where it applies, and the charge appears on your Shopify invoice.
- I am already a customer. Does my price change?
- No. Your plan, price and features stay as they are. You can move to one of the current plans whenever you want.
- Is the app free for development stores?
- Yes. Development stores and partner test stores use the app for free.
