DPD in Pakkeshopper covers Europe outside the Nordics. Shoppers pick a DPD pickup point or home delivery in your checkout, you print the label from the order, and the parcel stays in the tracking dashboard until delivery.
What you get with DPD in Pakkeshopper
- Pickup points in the checkout. Shoppers pick a DPD pickup point from a list or a map, with distance and opening hours.
- Home delivery. Add a DPD home delivery method with its own price and rules.
- Label printing. Print DPD labels directly from the order or in bulk.
- Tracking. DPD shipments appear in the tracking dashboard.
- Clear order data. The method is named DPD everywhere, with DPD's logo in the checkout and DPD in the order data your warehouse system reads.
DPD and PostNord
DPD in Pakkeshopper runs on PostNord's network. PostNord hands parcels to DPD outside the Nordics, so a PostNord method is shown as DPD to those shoppers. With the DPD carrier the method is named DPD everywhere, also in the order attributes and shipping line code that your warehouse system reads.
Shipping rules that fit DPD
- Destination country. Show DPD outside the Nordics, and GLS, PostNord, Bring or DAO in the Nordic countries.
- Weight and order value. Hide DPD above a weight limit, or offer free DPD delivery above an order value. Discount codes are deducted before the threshold is checked.
- Products and customers. Product tags, product groups and customer tags limit DPD to the right products or customers.
See all options on the shipping rules page.
Print DPD labels
Pakkeshopper prints DPD labels itself, as PDF, from the order or in bulk from the orders list. The order is marked as fulfilled with the tracking number in the same step, so Shopify sends its shipping confirmation e-mail. Ship part of an order, and each parcel gets its own label and tracking number. Print Agent prints the labels automatically on your label printer, and the iPhone app prints to Brother QL printers. Return labels are not available for DPD. Read more about label printing.
Track DPD parcels
Every DPD shipment appears in the tracking dashboard with delivery rate, median transit time, exceptions and a full timeline. Active shipments refresh every 4 hours. Shopify Flow triggers fire when a parcel is stuck in transit for more than 4 days, waits uncollected for 4 days or is on its way back.
Which plan do you need
