The new Create label page in the main menu books a label for a parcel that is not a Shopify order, for example a spare part or a return for a sale made somewhere else.
- Shipping label. Type the recipient's address, then pick a carrier and a delivery type (home delivery, pickup point or business delivery), or pick a vShip shipping method. Pickup points are looked up from the address.
- Return label. Download the PDF and send it to the customer. Works with GLS, Bring, DAO and PostNord.
- Sender. Your saved sender address or the store address. You can change it for that label only.
- Print. Print with Print Agent or download the PDF. The page lists the labels you made there, and you can print them again.
Nothing is captured or fulfilled in Shopify, and the label is not tracked in Pakkeshopper.
