# Changelog

New features and improvements in Pakkeshopper.

## October 2026

### New in the iPhone app: batch picks, order notes and Print Agent (Pro plan and up)

The Pakkeshopper app for iPhone has four new features. The app is out of beta.

- **Batch picks.** Pick a stack of one product in one run. The app groups single-item orders of the same product, you confirm the product once, and it prints the labels order by order. A batch holds up to 50 orders.
- **Order notes.** An order with a note in Shopify shows the note in the app. Under Picking policy on the Fulfillment page, "Require the packer to read the order note before completing an order" is on from the start. Printing, fulfilling and the ready-for-pickup mark then wait until the packer marks the note as read.
- **Print on Print Agent.** The phone can send labels to a printer on a desktop Print Agent on Windows or Mac, not only to a Brother QL printer on WiFi. Shipping labels, bin labels and bag labels can all go that way.
- **Hide built-in views.** The app's "All", "Single pick" and "Pickup" views can be hidden under Pick groups on the Fulfillment page, for a store that works from its own pick groups.

### Ship a finished order again with a new label (Pro plan and up)

A replacement, a repair or a parcel that never arrived: open a fulfilled order and press "Ship again with a new label" in the print action. Pakkeshopper books a new shipment for the whole order at its current shipping address, with the order's own shipping method and pickup point, and prints a new label with a new tracking number. The carrier charges for it. Nothing is captured or fulfilled again, and no return label is added. The tracking number is saved on the order as "Reshipment Tracking Number". The iPhone app can do the same from the order.

### Pakkeshopper for iPhone: pick, pack and print in the warehouse (Pro plan and up)

The Pakkeshopper app for iPhone brings your open orders to the warehouse. Your team picks, packs and ships orders from the phone, and prints carrier labels on a Brother QL label printer on your WiFi network.

- **Orders.** The queue shows your open orders, oldest first. Filter it by single-item orders or by your own pick groups, which match on Shopify order tags. An order on hold in Shopify stays out of the queue.
- **Pick and pack.** Pick several orders in one route, sorted by shelf location, with a bin for each order so orders do not mix. Confirm each item with a tap or a barcode scan. You choose how strict the scanning is on the Fulfillment page.
- **Labels.** Print the shipping label without a print dialog, or scan the barcode of an order or a bin to print its label at once. A print can also mark the order as fulfilled and capture the payment.
- **Bins.** Create bins in the app. Each bin gets a name and a barcode, and the app prints the bin label on your label printer.
- **Store pickup.** An order the customer collects in your store shows in the app too. Mark it ready for pickup, and Shopify notifies the customer. The app prints a label for the bag.
- **History.** See the orders a phone handled in the last 7 days and who handled them, and print a label again.

The app is included from the Pro plan, and we turn it on for your store when you ask. Contact us on the [support page](https://pakkeshopper.com/support/) to get started. Pair a phone under Companion app on the Fulfillment page, or sign in with Shopify on the phone.

### Minimum items rule for shipping methods

Beside "Maximum items", a shipping method can now have a "Minimum items" rule. The method is hidden when the cart holds fewer items than the number you set, for example a pallet method that only makes sense from 10 items. Add it under Rules in the shipping method editor.

### A clearer Fulfillment page

The Fulfillment page now has three sections, in the order you need them.

- **Carrier connections.** The carriers are a table with the carrier, its status and the account the connection uses. Press "Connect" to enter a carrier's API keys in a dialog, or "Remove" to disconnect it. This section comes first, because a label needs a connection before anything else.
- **Labels and shipments.** The fulfillment locations, return labels, your sender address and the shipment status in Shopify.
- **Companion app.** For stores with the iPhone app: the paired devices, the picking policy, bin locations, pick groups, bins and line item rules. A pick group can now require some order tags and exclude others, for example "Webshop" but not "Onhold". Line item rules tell the app that a placeholder product whose quantity is the price of a spare part is one piece, and that a fee line is never picked.

Pick groups, bins and line item rules are tables, and you edit a row in a dialog instead of removing it and adding it again. A dialog in the dashboard also no longer jumps the page to the top.

### Custom service codes over MCP and the AI assistant

AI apps connected over MCP, and the assistant in the dashboard, can now turn on a custom service code for a shipping method, set its format and change the method's currency. A field that cannot be changed this way, such as the carrier or the delivery type, now comes back with a reason instead of being skipped in silence.

### Trend charts on the Analytics page

The Analytics page has three new chart cards that show one point per day for the period you select: average shipping price, average order value and conversion at the delivery step. Move the pointer over a chart to see the date, the value and the number of orders or checkouts behind it.

### Shipment status in Shopify

Pakkeshopper can now send the tracking it collects from the carriers to your Shopify orders. The order shows the shipment status in Shopify, and Shopify can send its own "out for delivery" and "delivered" notifications to your customer. Turn it on under "Shipment status in Shopify" on the Fulfillment page, and choose which shipments to send:

- **Shipments with a label printed in Pakkeshopper.** Only parcels whose label you printed with Pakkeshopper.
- **All tracked shipments.** Also parcels with labels printed somewhere else, for GLS, PostNord, Bring, DAO, DHL and PostNL.

For stores that installed Pakkeshopper before 13 October 2026, the setting is off until you turn it on. New stores start with all tracked shipments. Status changes are sent from the moment the setting is on, not for parcels delivered before.

### Your own sender address on labels (Pro plan and up)

Before, every label showed the store address from your Shopify settings as the sender. Now you can set a different sender address, for example your warehouse, on the Fulfillment page (before called Label Print).

- **Shipping labels.** Bring, PostNord and PostNL labels show your sender address, and since 12 October GLS and DAO labels do too.
- **Return labels.** Every return label sends the parcel back to your sender address.

The sender address must be in the same country as your store. If you do not set one, labels use the store address as before, and GLS and DAO print the sender from your carrier account.

### Pickup point as shipping address works with every code format

The setting "Pickup point as shipping address" replaces the customer's address on the order with the address of the chosen pickup point. Before, it only worked with Pakkeshopper's own service code format. Now it also works with the Shipmondo format, with list mode and with a custom code format, so the pickup point address reaches the order no matter how your warehouse system reads the code.

### Smaller logos, a pickup point message and a folded pickup point list (Shopify Plus)

Three new settings in Shopify's checkout editor let you tune how Pakkeshopper looks at checkout. You find them on the Pakkeshop Info extension under Settings, Checkout, Customize.

- **Smaller logos.** Set "Carrier logo size" to Small, and the carrier logos and your own logo shrink from 50 px to 30 px tall.
- **A message under pickup point methods.** Turn on "Pickup point message" and write your own text, for example "You get a text message when the parcel is ready for pickup". It shows in an info box when the buyer selects a pickup point method.
- **A folded pickup point list.** Turn on "Show only the selected pickup point". The nearest pickup point is selected as before, and the other points stay hidden until the buyer presses "Change pickup point".

Your checkout works as before until you change a setting.

### Place a shipping method anywhere in the checkout list

Before, you could only pin a shipping method to the top or the bottom of the list. Now the editor shows where a method appears for buyers in a country, and a "Change placement" dialog lets you move it up or down with arrows, also against other pinned methods. The shipping methods list shows the same order as your checkout. Methods pinned to the top also keep the right order now, which did not always happen before.

### 🇪🇺 DPD as a carrier

Choose DPD as the carrier for a shipping method to Europe outside the Nordics. Pickup points, labels and tracking run on PostNord's network, but the method is named DPD everywhere, also in the order data your warehouse system reads. PostNord hands parcels to DPD outside the Nordics, so a PostNord method is now also shown as DPD to those shoppers, with DPD's logo at checkout, on the pickup point map and on the order confirmation page.

## September 2026

### Return labels with every shipping label

Turn on return labels on the Label Print page, and Pakkeshopper prints a return label on the page after each shipping label. Your customer uses it to send the parcel back to your store from a parcel shop. Works with GLS, Bring, DAO and PostNord. If an order was printed without a return label, you can add one afterwards from the order.

### PostNord label printing

Print PostNord labels directly from Pakkeshopper, next to GLS, Bring, DAO and vShip. Enter your PostNord customer number on the Label Print page, and labels for home delivery, business delivery, parcel shops and parcel lockers come straight from PostNord. Return labels are supported too.

### Print Agent for Mac

Print Agent now runs on Mac as well as Windows, so your labels print themselves on a Mac too. One Print Agent can also serve several shops at the same time. Download it on the [Print Agent page](../print-agent/).

### Ship part of an order

Not everything in stock? Press "Ship part of this order" in the print dialog, choose how many of each item go in the parcel, and print a label for just those. Ship the rest later on a new label. Each parcel gets its own label and tracking number, and the order shows as partly fulfilled in Shopify until the last parcel is sent.

### Connect Claude, Cursor and other AI apps to your shop

Pakkeshopper now has an MCP server (Model Context Protocol). Copy the server URL from Settings into Claude, Claude Code, Cursor or another AI app that supports MCP, and approve the connection in the dashboard. The AI app can then look up orders, explain why a rate is not showing and set up shipping methods for you, with the same tools as the built-in assistant.

### Shopify Flow triggers for parcel problems

Three new triggers for Shopify Flow tell you when a parcel needs attention.

- **Transit issue detected.** A parcel has been stuck with the carrier for more than 4 days.
- **Parcel left uncollected.** A parcel has waited at a pickup point for 4 days.
- **Parcel returned.** A parcel is on its way back to you.

Use them to e-mail the customer, tag the order or alert your team automatically.

### Your own logo on other shipping methods (Shopify Plus)

Shipping methods with the carrier "Pickup or other shipping method" showed no logo at checkout. You can now upload your own logo in Settings, and it shows on those methods next to the carrier logos.

### 🇫🇮 Posti as a carrier

Finnish merchants can now choose Posti as a carrier for a shipping method. Pickup points, labels and tracking run on Bring's Finnish network, but the method is named Posti everywhere, also in the order data your warehouse system reads.

### Support for ship and pickup in one order

Shopify lets a customer ship some items and collect the rest in your store in one order. Pakkeshopper now handles these orders correctly: shipping rates are calculated for the shipped items only, and label printing weighs and fulfils only the items in the parcel. The items for store pickup stay with your store.

### More accurate tracking when carriers reuse tracking numbers

Carriers sometimes give a tracking number out again. Pakkeshopper now keeps only the events that belong to your parcel, so a new shipment no longer shows as delivered or returned because of an older parcel with the same number.

## August 2026

### Print Agent: your labels print themselves (Beta)

A new Windows app that automatically prints your shipping labels on your label printer the moment they're created in Pakkeshopper - one at a time or in bulk, no PDFs to open. Pair it with your shop in one click from the dashboard, and it keeps itself up to date. Read more and download it on the [Print Agent page](../print-agent/).

### Improved Apple Pay and Google Pay integration

Express checkout wallets only share a partial delivery address, which could leave the payment sheet without shipping options. Pakkeshopper now quotes rates from just the country and postal code, so your customers see the right shipping methods when they pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

### vShip natively integrated

Book shipping labels through [vShip](https://vship.dk) directly from Pakkeshopper. Map a shipping method to a shipping profile from your vShip account, and label printing books the parcel through vShip - covering every carrier vShip supports, and working seamlessly with the Print Agent for automatic printing.

### Tracking is fully released, with filters, search and a full delivery timeline

Tracking is out of preview.

- **Filters.** Narrow the shipments that need attention by category, carrier or country.
- **Search and export.** Find a shipment by order or tracking number, and export the list as a CSV.
- **Full delivery timeline.** Click any shipment to follow it from label creation to the carrier's last update.

### Redesigned admin dashboard

The dashboard is faster and easier to get around.

- **Every section in the Shopify admin sidebar.** Bookmark, share or refresh a page without losing your place.
- **A cleaner shipping method editor.** It shows only the rules you have set up.
- **Clear messages.** You get a clear message if something cannot be saved.

### The dashboard works on your phone

The Pakkeshopper dashboard now fits a phone screen, so you can check and change your setup from the Shopify mobile app. Pages, dialogs and the country picker all work well with touch.

## July 2026

### Analytics: redesigned delivery insights (Delivery insights on Max/Enterprise)

Statistics is now called Analytics, and it is out of public preview. All delivery insights now live in one place.

- **Order journey timeline.** From fulfillment to carrier handover to transit, per carrier and against the platform average.
- **Reliability cards.** First-attempt rate, exceptions, returns and stuck parcels per carrier.
- **Destination leaderboard.** A country by carrier matrix that recommends the best carrier for each destination.

Tracking now shows just the shipments that need your attention, and active shipments refresh every 4 hours instead of once a day.

### 🇳🇴🇫🇮 Bring shown as Posten and Posti

Shoppers in Norway and Finland now see Bring under the local brand they know, Posten in Norway and Posti in Finland, with matching logos at checkout, on the pickup point map and on the order confirmation page. Order data and WMS integrations still receive "Bring", so nothing changes downstream.

### 🇳🇱 PostNL pickup points for the Netherlands and Belgium

Customers in NL and BE can now choose a PostNL pickup point at checkout.

### Admin dashboard in five languages

The Pakkeshopper admin is now available in Danish, English, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish.

### Better tracking insights

Tracking statistics now include median handover time, how long it takes from label creation until the carrier first scans the parcel, so you can spot slow warehouse-to-carrier handoffs.

## June 2026

### Order confirmation page upgrade

The Shopify Thank-You page now shows your customer more about the delivery.

- **Carrier.** The shipping carrier, with its logo.
- **Delivery status.** A status bar for the delivery.
- **Pickup point.** For pickup point orders, the chosen parcel shop with its address and opening hours.

Available in 9 languages.

### 🇨🇭 Swiss Post pickup points

Swiss Post is now available as a pickup-point carrier for merchants shipping within Switzerland.

### Ask Shopify Sidekick about your shipping

Pakkeshopper now integrates with Shopify's Sidekick AI assistant. Ask Sidekick things like "why isn't my Bring rate showing at checkout?" or "which pickup point did order #1234 choose?", right from the Shopify admin.

### Pickup point map at checkout

Customers now see a map of the nearest pickup points at checkout, with carrier-branded markers. They can browse the list or tap a point on the map to choose where to collect their parcel.

### Faster, more reliable German pickup points

DHL pickup point lookups in Germany and Denmark are now served from a nightly-refreshed local copy instead of live carrier calls, eliminating slow or missing pickup options at checkout.

## May 2026

### Print shipping labels from Shopify admin (Pro plan and up)

Generate carrier shipping labels (PDF) directly from an order, or in bulk from the orders list. Optionally mark orders as fulfilled with the tracking number in one step, triggering Shopify's shipping confirmation email. Supports GLS, Bring, DAO and PostNL (beta).

### AI assistant in the dashboard

A built-in chat assistant helps you set up and troubleshoot shipping.

- **Diagnose.** Find out why a rate is not appearing at checkout.
- **Set up.** Create or edit shipping methods, with a preview before anything is applied.
- **Answer questions.** About your plan and about tracking.

It can hand off to human support when needed.

### Parcel tracking & tracking statistics (Dashboard on Max/Enterprise)

Pakkeshopper now tracks your shipments across GLS, PostNord, Bring, DAO, DHL and PostNL, and gives you a tracking dashboard.

- **Delivery performance.** Delivery rate, median transit time and first-attempt success.
- **Problems.** Exceptions and returns, and a list of shipments that need attention.
- **Per-carrier scorecards.** How each carrier performs.

### 🇬🇧 Evri and 🇳🇴 Helthjem carriers

Two new pickup-point carriers: Evri for UK merchants and Helthjem for Norway.

## April 2026

### Statistics dashboard (public preview) (Pro plan and up)

A new Statistics page shows how your shipping performs.

- **Shipping revenue and distribution.** Your shipping revenue, and the split between shipping methods and carriers.
- **Delivery-step conversion.** How many customers who saw your rates completed checkout.
- **Price sensitivity.** A score that estimates how much a shipping price increase would cost you in conversions.

### Find shipping methods faster

The shipping methods list now supports search, filtering and sorting, a big help for shops with many rates.

### Partner portal for agencies and resellers

Agencies and resellers managing multiple merchant shops get their own portal with an overview of customers, their shops, and installation status.

## March 2026

### Danish island zip presets

One-click zip code presets for the Danish islands (brofaste vs. ikke-brofaste), so island surcharge rules are set up in seconds instead of typing ranges by hand.

### More pickup points per method

The limit on how many pickup points a shipping method can show was raised.

## February 2026

### 🇩🇪 Hermes carrier

Hermes is now available as a pickup-point carrier.

### Quantity-based shipping prices

Multiply a shipping method's price by the number of qualifying items in the cart, you choose which product tags count, and can cap the number of items allowed. Perfect for bulky items that ship individually.

### Choose your multi-parcel wording

When "Multiple locations – one shipping cost" is enabled, you can now pick how it reads at checkout: specific ("Ships in 2 parcels"), generic ("Multiple shipments"), or hidden entirely.

### Turn discount support on or off

Delivery discount handling can now be enabled or disabled per shop, giving you control over how discount codes interact with shipping rates.

### New destinations

Added support for shipping to Hong Kong and Gibraltar (Taiwan and China were added in January).

## January 2026

### Hide unmanned pickup points

A new setting filters out parcel lockers and other unmanned locations, so your customers are only offered staffed parcel shops.

### Export shipping methods as CSV

Download all your shipping methods and rates as a CSV file from the shipping methods page, handy for audits and spreadsheet reviews.

### Clearer setup warnings

The dashboard now warns about duplicate shipping methods and missing product tags before they cause surprises at checkout.

## December 2025

### Product groups

Create named groups of specific product variants and use them as shipping rule filters, show or hide a shipping rate depending on whether the cart contains items from a group.

## November 2025

### Send open orders together

If a customer already has an unshipped order, checkout can offer to ship the new order together with the existing one, saving them (and you) a shipping fee.

## October 2025

### Budbee box delivery

Budbee parcel boxes are now supported alongside home delivery.

## September 2025

### 🇸🇪 Budbee carrier

Budbee is now available for home delivery and pickup points.

### Duplicate a shipping method

Clone an existing shipping method with one click instead of rebuilding it from scratch.

### UPS improvements

UPS pickup points now include opening hours and more reliable location IDs.

## August 2025

### Faster checkout rates

Pickup point lookups are now cached, making shipping rates at checkout noticeably faster and more resilient to slow carrier APIs.
