# Helthjem in Shopify

Offer Helthjem pickup points and home delivery to your Norwegian customers in the Shopify checkout, with labels booked through vShip.

Helthjem delivers to pickup points and to the door in Norway. With Pakkeshopper, your Shopify store shows Helthjem in the checkout, and Norwegian customers pick a pickup point near them or choose home delivery.

## What you get with Helthjem in Pakkeshopper

- **Pickup points in the checkout.** The customer picks a Helthjem pickup point from a list or from a map with carrier-branded markers, with distance and opening hours. A list mode lets the buyer pick the point live. Read more about [pickup points](https://pakkeshopper.com/features/pickup-points/).
- **Home delivery.** Add a second Helthjem method for home delivery with its own price. Address validation checks for a house number and blocks the checkout until the address is corrected.
- **Order confirmation.** The Shopify order confirmation page shows the Helthjem logo and the chosen pickup point with address and opening hours, in 9 languages.
- **The pickup point on the order.** Pakkeshopper writes the carrier, the delivery type and the pickup point to the `_pakkeshopper_*` order attributes and to the shipping line code, so your warehouse system can read it.
- **Labels through vShip.** Map the Helthjem shipping method to a vShip shipping profile, and Pakkeshopper books the label through vShip when you print from an order or in bulk. Print Agent can print the labels automatically.

Pakkeshopper does not track Helthjem parcels. Return labels are available for GLS, Bring, DAO and PostNord, not for Helthjem.

## Shipping rules for Helthjem methods

Selling to Norway from Denmark or Sweden usually means separate methods per country. In the shipping method editor you can:

- Limit the Helthjem methods to Norway with the destination country rule.
- Show or hide a method by weight and order value, for example a free pickup point method above a threshold.
- Hide a method for specific products with product tags or product groups.
- Duplicate a method with one click, and export your methods as CSV.

Discount codes are deducted from the order value before a free-shipping threshold is applied, so a customer does not get free shipping below the threshold. ## Which plan do you need

Helthjem is available on the Pro plan and higher. Pro costs $19 per month for 500 orders, then $0.02 per extra order, and includes all carriers and label printing. Product tag and customer tag filters are part of Max.

## How to get started

1. Install Pakkeshopper and turn on Carrier Calculated Rates: Install Pakkeshopper from the Shopify App Store. Ask Shopify support to add Carrier Calculated Rates (third-party calculated shipping rates) to your store if you do not have it yet.
2. Add a shipping method with Helthjem: Create a shipping method in the Pakkeshopper dashboard, choose Helthjem as the carrier and pickup point or home delivery as the delivery type. Set the price, add rules for weight or order value, and map the method to a vShip shipping profile for labels.
3. Test the checkout: Place a test order with a Norwegian address and pick a pickup point. Shopify caches shipping rates for up to 24 hours, so change the house number or the cart contents to get fresh rates.

## Frequently asked questions

### Which countries does Helthjem cover in Pakkeshopper?

Norway. For Norwegian customers you can combine Helthjem with Bring, which is shown as Posten to shoppers in Norway, or with Budbee.

### How do I print Helthjem labels?

Helthjem labels are booked through the vShip integration. Map the shipping method to a vShip shipping profile, and Pakkeshopper books the label through vShip when you print from the order or in bulk. You need a vShip account.

### Does Pakkeshopper track Helthjem parcels?

No. Pakkeshopper tracks GLS, PostNord, Bring, DAO, DHL and PostNL. Helthjem parcels do not appear in the tracking dashboard.

### Can I use the dashboard in Norwegian?

Yes. The Pakkeshopper dashboard is available in Danish, English, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish, and it works on a phone.
